# Reloop Studio

> Reloop Studio (https://reloop.studio) is an AI-powered UGC video generation platform. Users upload a short clip (product demo, screen recording, or camera footage), write or generate a script, pick an AI presenter and voice, and download a finished vertical 9:16 MP4 ready for TikTok, Reels, and ads — no external video editor required.

Reloop is built for app developers, growth marketers, SaaS founders, e-commerce brands, and creators who need performance-style UGC videos at scale.

## Product summary

Reloop combines:
- AI-generated talking-head avatar video (lip-synced to your script)
- Your uploaded footage (screen capture, demo, or B-roll)
- Optional karaoke-style captions timed to speech
- Automatic compositing into one exportable vertical video

Language: English scripts and regional English accents today (best lip-sync and voice quality).

Output format: 9:16 vertical MP4. Maximum **30 seconds** per export. Uploads longer than 30 seconds are trimmed to the first 30 seconds.

Generation time: usually a few minutes after submit, depending on length and server load.

## How it works (generator workflow)

1. **Video style** — choose a layout (see below).
2. **Media upload** — upload MP4, MOV, or WebM (your demo, screen recording, or clip).
3. **Product URL** (optional) — paste a product page link to auto-fill description for the script step.
4. **Script & voice** — describe your product; AI writes a voiceover script (up to 3 drafts per video), or paste your own. Script length is capped by video duration (~13 characters per second, max 390 characters for a 30s clip).
5. **AI avatars** — pick a presenter region (look) and an English accent-matched voice.
6. **Captions** — enable karaoke-style captions or export without captions.
7. **Generate** — credits are charged when generation starts. Download the finished MP4 from your dashboard when ready.

## Video layout styles

Two composition styles (same generator; only the final layout differs):

- **Corner Overlay** — AI presenter appears as a picture-in-picture over your uploaded footage.
- **Mixed B-Roll** — dynamic cutaways between your footage and the AI presenter.

## Avatars & voices

Platform avatars are grouped by region/presenter look (e.g. American, British, Australian, European, South Asian, East Asian, and others). Voices are selected separately so accent can match your brand. Users can also use custom avatars where available in the product.

## Credits & pricing

- **1 credit = 1 second** of finished video (rounded up).
- **Max 30 seconds** per video → up to **30 credits** per export.
- **Free trial:** 30 credits, no card required (~two 15-second videos). No watermark on trial exports. Trial credits do not expire.
- **Paid plans:** Starter, Pro, and Max — same product features on every plan; only monthly credit amounts differ. Unused subscription credits roll over for up to three months.
- **Top-ups:** credit packs available from the billing dashboard (base rate often ~$0.10 per credit).
- Commercial use: paid plans and purchased packs are intended for business/ad use under the Terms. Trial is for evaluation before purchase.

## Policies (short)

- User-uploaded content and generated videos are used to provide the service; Reloop does **not** use your uploads or outputs to train its own or third-party AI models (see Privacy Policy).
- Credits are consumed when a generation run starts. Refund rules for failed generations and connection issues are defined in the Refund Policy and Terms — user-initiated cancellation of an in-progress generation does not automatically refund credits.
- Users must be 18+ to use the service.
